Gratitude

In this moment, I realize that the profound challenges that I have been faced with recently are opening doorways to new ways of being.  I have been reminded that there is vast support available on many levels and for this, I am grateful.  Remembering that I am held up by those who love me, knowing that I can call someone to share my feelings with and to ask guidance of is such a gift.  Finally, being able to connect into my highest divine guidance is what I cherish most.  My prayer is that we all open to connecting more deeply with ourselves, others and our highest light.  Stacey Witt

Support

Why do we forget to ask for support when we most need it?  Sometimes we find ourselves in a crisis before we call on the support of our friends, helpers, healers and guides.  When we do ask for help, we often realize that the situation that we are in isn't as bad as we were making it seem.  If you are looking for guidance and support, please feel free to contact me to learn more about the healing services that I offer.

Looking for Grace

When I most need to find grace, fill me with divine and loving light.  Guide my words with the dance of spirit.  Deepen the compassion of my heart, I know it is so.  Upon my slumber I receive the knowing of the Universe.  I am held in the palm of love.  When I wake, I am full, so it is. 

The Power Of Thought

Today has proven to be a day of magic unfolding simply for the asking.  One of my favorite ways to recharge, rebalance and connect to a power greater than myself is to walk around Greenlake.  For me, this becomes an experience that is sacred.  The water, people, plants and animals connect me to the pulse of something great.  I love to ask for gifts from the universe while I walk and it is so much fun waiting to see what reveals itself to me on this walk.  The time I spent on my sacred walk today was heightened by the fact that my son could join me.  Often I see Eagle, Heron and many more special animals.  While we were walking this morning, we noticed how beautiful the lake was with the sun rising, peeking behind the clouds.  I showed my son where the  Eagle often roost.  We talked and walked.  Several minutes later, we spotted an Eagle soaring over the lake.  The majestic beauty of this animal was breath taking.  The bird was fishing, flying low and back up again.  Soon another Eagle joined the first and to our amazement, we watched for several minutes while these beautiful birds moved gracefully in the wind.  We could feel their power, grace and peace.  This was truly a lovely experience.  Many cultures rely on animals to be an ally on our journey and the Eagle represents higher consciousness, and carrying our prayers out into the universe.  Today, in this moment, my son and I both knew the depth of this gift.  And there is more...

We continued walking, talking and enjoying simply being with each other.  We have walked a walk in the past that has not always been easy.  We have learned much on this journey together.  We have been blessed with many gifts.  As we continued walking, we wondered if we would see the Blue Heron.  We often see the Heron at Greenlake.  I showed Blake where I usually look for the Heron.  He wasn't there today.  As we moved further into our day, getting things done, we were a bit sidetracked on one of the roads we intended to take.  Blake looked up into the sky and said, "mom, there is a really big bird up there."  I thought it looked like a Seagull.  The bird flew closer to us and to our complete amazement, we both realized at the same time that it was a Blue Heron.  It gets better, seconds later, a second one flew up.  They landed on a couple of houses and Blake and I could hardly believe that in the middle of the city, there were two more sacred birds.  We both knew that we saw these birds as a result simply from our asking to see them.  We asked and we received.  To me, the messages are deep, first, the spiritual path that we have both traveled has been seen and acknowledged.  Our prayers are being answered.  The work that we have done is paying off, our dreams are coming true.  Second, we both saw the incredible power of our thoughts unfolding right before our eyes today.  When we didn't see the Blue Heron at Greenlake, I sort of gave up on seeing them.  Never in my wildest dreams would I have even thought that I would see two of them in the city far away from their habitat.  The message that I received from this is that our thoughts are coming to fruition and once we put something out there, we never really know how or when they will manifest.  For this, I am greatful. 

Are you aware of what you are manifesting?  Are your thoughts and dreams ones that delight you?  My hope is that they are.  My hope is that we all learn to receive the abundance of the universe and to know how much we are supported. 

Increasing My Vibration

The season of Fall is well upon us and I am feeling quiet, contemplative and somewhat serene.  This is a time where we prepare to be dormant.  It is a lovely time to let go of what is no longer serving us.  Old, outdated ways of being can be released so we can welcome the new.  In this quiet time, I am moving toward a higher vibration, I am being called to be more of me.  When I have gone through vibrational increases in the past, they have usually come to me after an extremely difficult time.  When I make it through the difficulty, I always notice a profound difference in my energetic gifts.  I often ask myself, "why am I increasing my vibration with such difficulty?"  I recently realized that I have been asking to receive "upgrades" or higher consciousness with ease in a graceful way.  This is happening for me now and it is so much fun noticing this quiet and profound change.  I have made manifesting what I want a game and in this quiet time, I am receiving what I asked for.  I am remembering that I often forget to engage my will and ask for what I desire.  I am knowing that this Universe is a free will Universe and I get to live my life from the perspective of my own knowing.  More of me is what I desire and this is exactly what I am getting.  This shows up for me in subtle ways, I am confident in my presence, and ability.  I am excited and fulfilled in my very own shoes and this is a joyful feeling that resonates through the core of me.  One of the gifts that I have received as being a recipient of Dr. Pat's Holistic Makeover is 90 days on Danielle Rama Hoffman's energy support system called The Harmonizer.  I am noticing that this support is helping to take me to the next level of being even more of me.  This is a sweet and quiet time.  I have noticed the beauty around me and I am reminded of the grace within this beauty.  The fall is a lovely time to increase our vibration by letting what does not serve us simply fall away.

Learning to receive

In this moment, I am humbled and filled with joy as I reflect on the abundance in my life.  It has been an honor to be the recipient of such lovely gifts from being a Holistic Makeover winner.  Vapour Cosmetics are beautiful, they contain organic ingredients and they leave my skin feeling hydrated and looking beautiful.  We have also received Resveratrol products that provide us with antioxidants.  After just a few days, my skin feels great.  It is fun receiving goodies, it gives me an opportunity to remember that there is so much to give as well as to learn the art of receiving.  At one point in my life I wasn't good at receiving, I am learning this art slowly.  It is very rewarding.  Are you able to fully receive?

Paying It Forward

For me, paying it forward involves gifting my services of Spiritual Healing and Hypnotherapy to a few people.  This is becoming one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life.  It is a pleasure and a joy to participate in the journey of another into complete fulfillment of their personal desire of transformation.  It is humbling to be in this position, to see through an open window into another's soul.  I am learning much on many levels.  I am greatful for being chosen as one of the Holistic Makeover winners.  I am greatful for the guidance I have received and I am profoundly moved by the excitement with which people are supporting me.  This is an exciting time and I am fully and completely ready to realize the fulfillment of my personal dream.  Thank you.
